Health Facilities Rehabilitation Services provides long-term, outpatient and home health care for residents in Missouri and Arizona. Individuals receive professional physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and industrial sports medicine services.
The Health Facilities Rehab Outpatient Center at 1102 Sikes Avenue in Sikeston, MO, is administered by Scott Nichols,DPT, ATC, CSCS and is fully staffed with licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists, including Scott Nichols, DPT, ATC, CSCS, Tom Richey, PT, Ed Rinda, PT, Travis Weiss, ATC, CSCS, Stacey Renshaw, Pt, DPT, Sue Schamburg, OT, and Holly R. Cohen, MACCC-SLP.
The Health Facilities rehab team consists of over 100 licensed and registered therapists that also provide services to the company's 31+ nursing homes as well as its home health care and community wellness programs.

The WorkSTEPS program has be designed to meet the standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), while simultaneously providing a thorough evaluation of an individual's functional capabilities and existing physical deficits.
The elements of the WorkSTEPS job placement test are not limited to, but include:
Comprehensive musculo-skeletal evaluation including assessments of range of motion, strength, posture, and joint integrity.
Assessment of cardiovascular status including recovery condition, risk profile, blood pressure, and heart rate.
Static (isometric) strength evaluation of the back and extremities with resultant comparative analysis.
Dynamic (isometric) strength evaluation of the back and extremities with resultant comparative analysis.
Isokinetic/isodynamic assessments of the back and extremities on high-tech computerized equipment with analysis of deficits and/or abnormalities.
Risk profile for overuse syndromes (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome)
Job specific or job simulation components to include instruction in proper body mechanics and lifting techniques.

Biometrics is a customized, highly effective program designed for weight loss, toning and feeling great! This weight control program integrates exercise with a balanced, healthy eating plan, resulting in weight loss and a change in body composition.

Join BIOMETRICS and receive a six-week, customized meal plan with recipes, shopping lists and a healthy eating guide. Your individual eating plan takes into account your food preferences and your nutritional needs. Select the six-week one-on-one or team program as your exercise training component. Your fitness instructor will guide and encourage you in the three-time-a- week 20-40 minute workouts. In six short weeks you will lose weight and inches, tone your muscles and lose body fat, and you will gain strength and increase vitality.
